Resident

Entitles resident hunting license holders to hunt waterfowl. Not required of youths under 16 or holders of a nonexpiring $1,000 Lifetime Resident Sportsman Permit. Stamp must be signed across the face in ink. Federal Duck Stamp and HIP registration are required. Valid through June 30.

Harvest Information Program Registration (HIP)

Hunters 16 or older are required to carry proof of Arkansas Harvest Information Program (HIP)  registration when hunting ducks, geese, doves, coots, woodcocks, snipe, rails, gallinules or moorhens. Available at no charge, HIP registration can be obtained by completing a short survey at license dealers or any Game and Fish Commission office and will be noted on the license form.

 Statewide Sportfish Daily Limits     Some bodies of water have special regulations. Remember to check your destination.
